The guesthouse is comfortable and quiet; no one disturbed me during my stay. The Wi-Fi is strong enough for video calls, and the owner is friendly and genuinely cares about his guests. While the rooftop is nice, it is missing a table and chairs—which would be a great addition since smoking is prohibited in the rooms. Laundry and drying facilities are available if you are short on time. Additionally, the kitchen is well-equipped for making warm snacks, boiling eggs, or brewing coffee. The furniture looks brand new, and the entire place is exceptionally clean, with a housekeeper cleaning the rooms daily. If I ever need a place to stay in Hanoi again, I will definitely return.

It's not easy to find a supermarket but small shops are nearby.

Good location close to the temple of literature, quick responsive host

No pots in the kitchenette. It was just a hot plate. No pots, pans, cups, plates, cutlery. Completely unusable. As this was the main draw to the property with us it really really brought the score down.
