The Garden Annexe - Cosy Studio with Parking

Beautiful location, fabulous accommodation, lovely owners of the property. It was amazing, very tranquil and relaxing ❤️

No breakfast inc. Location not as advertised on booking.com. In Lower Shiplake not Henley and pin drop map was incorrect. Saying that it was still lovely for us.

The fridge was too small. Outdoor chairs uncomfortable and some screening to make it more private when sitting out is needed.

Everything is spot on. Lovely finishes and touches throughout. Even with the very hot weather. The room with the fan on during the night and the natural ventilation through the ceiling air vents made it very comfortable. As the property details state, it’s a self contained studio (no cooking facilities) in the grounds of the main house. I met one of the owners Harry on arrival and Hayley outside the main gates on returning one evening. Apart from that no interactions or any noise from the main house. Very private and quiet setting. There are some nice places close buy to eat out. And a very wide selection of eateries in Henley-on-Thames for breakfast/lunch/dinner. I highly recommend. Will definitely re-visit in the future.
