The owners were lovely and very welcoming. The room was small but lovely with everything you could need in the top of the house. A lot of stairs .
Would have liked somewhere to sit - maybe outside with a book but I was only there one day so it did not really matter

I was participating in the Henley Masters Regatta. Russ and Katy were most helpful in getting cabs and driving me to our boat. I could have walked if not so hot. They laid places in the dining room for an Indian delivery dinner. The morning of the race, I rested in their quiet garden. Temperatures were hot but my room was comfortable with open window and fan. Crew mates who stayed in town complained of noise and heat.

Kate and Ross were excellent hosts. Very friendly and accommodating. Kate very kindly drove us into Henley to save us getting the train or a taxi. Lovely house very quiet. Comfy bed.
The fan .. as it was very noisy. The room was at the very top of the house and was incredibly hot. Need to invest in a new fan!
