Sehr freundliche und angenehme Gastgeber-Familie sowie deren Makler Gianfranco. Alle wünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt und sogar übertroffen. Schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt. Großer, privater Parkplatz. Alles einfach und wie beschrieben.

Es ist keine Kritik, weil nicht Teil des Angebots, aber eine Klimaanlage in Sommermonaten würde den (Erholungs-)Wert deutlich steigern.
