- Top Lage - Nachts ruhig - Klimaanlage

- Eher schwierige Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber (keine Informationen, dass man Kontakt zum Gastgeber aufnehmen soll, kein Antwort auf Rückfragen während des Aufenthalts) - Keine gute Beschreibung der Unterkunft im Bezug zur Ausstattung (Bettbzüge, Handtücher, o.ä. vorhanden??); diese Angaben haben mir gefehlt - Kühlschrank hat nicht richtig funktioniert - Es war kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden, trotz der Nachfrage, ob in der Unterkunft alles enthalten sei - Für die Größe des Apartments und für die Dauer des Aufenthalts leider zu teuer

The apartment is well located in Lignano, with easy access to the beach, shops, and local attractions. It is well equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The size is ideal for two adults and two children, although it may feel a bit small for larger groups. The air fryer and coffee machine are great additions and were very appreciated during our stay, making everyday meals and breakfasts much more convenient.

Wi-Fi is not available, which can be inconvenient, especially when traveling with children. The apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator, so it may not be ideal if you have a lot of luggage. The apartment is also somewhat compact, which can make storing suitcases a bit challenging. Free parking is available in front of the building, but spaces are not always easy to find. There is a dedicated parking spot nearby, although we did not need to use it during our stay. One small maintenance issue is that the bathroom door lock does not work properly and could be repaired.
