The apartment is in a great location—close to the train station and within walking distance of the beach. The large terrace with a beautiful view towards Cannes is absolutely priceless. The place is newly furnished and renovated. The amenities were quite sufficient (though not for more than 4 people), plus there is an option to use the beach service. You will definitely appreciate the air conditioning during the hot weather. The accommodation was ready for us on time. Just a heads up: a security deposit is required (but it was quickly refunded after check-out). The host responds immediately if you need to sort anything out. Personally, I would definitely book this place again for my next trip—the terrace and the spaciousness of the apartment are the absolute winners! :-)

However, there were a few downsides. I didn't appreciate the automated messages in French, as my preference for English was not respected. Also, communication is handled by multiple people, and we sometimes had to follow up to get a reply. Lastly, we had to do some minor cleaning upon arrival, as it seemed the apartment hadn't been used for a while.
