Cozy 1 bedroom apartment Antibes Juan-les-Pins - walk to beaches, restaurants, old town

Lovely spacious one bed apartment with great air conditioning, beautiful balcony and central location. Added bonus was the little kitchen handy to make some food during the day along with the large fridge and freezer. Sabine was very good with contact before checking in and even allowed an earlier checkin which was great.

Wish we could have stayed longer 😂😂

We were the first ever guests, so I'm giving a detailed review for others. Good points; Airport transfers for 30 euro each way, therefore no issues with locating the place or key collections Very communicative and friendly, helpful host with good English Apartment was brand new, super clean, tastefully decorated (except the bedroom) and handy facilities Location was 5 mins from the train station Juan les Pins (useful for us going to Cannes film festival, though no late trains) and about 15-20 minute walk to Antibes train station and picturesque old town Bakery and Carrefour a few minutes from the apartment

Main issue was sleep! If you aren't used to traffic, especially at the weekend, beware. The bedroom literally has space for a bed, so not very homely, and if you're a couple it's a bit small for a decent nights sleep. It is a double, but a regular double, and mattress wasn't very comfortable - although personal choice. We had asked Sabine to make up the sofa bed, so one of us slept there - one side if comfy, the other less so. Basically for me sleep is everything so this accounts for the reduced score.
