This is an absolutely fantastic apartment for anyone who loves peace and quiet, nature, mountain living, wellness and fitness. If that is what you are looking for, this really is the perfect place. Everything you could possibly need is within easy reach, and you have full access to all the facilities. There is a professional gym with Technogym equipment, personal training and group classes. The swimming pool is incredibly large, peaceful and beautiful, and you can actually swim from the indoor pool directly outside. There is also a sauna and a steam room, where you can set the temperature yourself to your preference. Everything is kept exceptionally clean and is thoroughly cleaned every single day. There is also a supermarket only about a two-minute walk away, which makes the location even more convenient. What makes the location even more special is that, despite how peaceful and surrounded by nature it feels, you can be in Old Tbilisi within about ten minutes. It is quite remarkable that you can enjoy such a calm and relaxing environment and, within minutes, be right in the middle of the city with all its restaurants, cafés and lively atmosphere. The restaurant at the resort itself is also fantastic. It is slightly more expensive compared with other places in Georgia, but the prices are still very reasonable by European standards, and the quality is excellent. Another big plus is the communication with the owner. He is very easy to reach through both the Booking.com chat and WhatsApp, and communication is always quick and straightforward. It is very reassuring and convenient to know that you can easily get in touch whenever you need something. Overall, this place deserves more than five stars. The apartment itself is spotless, luxurious and very comfortable, with everything you need provided. Even towels are included, which is not always the case with apartments. Everything is clean, luxurious and extremely well maintained.

A beautiful, modern apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything felt new, clean, and very well maintained. The apartment also has a spacious and lovely balcony, which was a great bonus. The bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept very well and really enjoyed staying here. Overall, it was a very pleasant and cozy experience. The host was absolutely wonderful, friendly, always available, and very helpful with any questions we had during our stay. Thank you so much for everything! 🙏🏻

Just a small note: there is some construction going on in the surrounding area, so you may hear some outside noise during the day. It wasn’t a major issue for us, and it is completely beyond the host’s control.

Все очень понравилось, квартира чистая, в квартире есть все что нужно, продуманно до мелочей. Маленький минус всего 2 стула, проживали 3 человека
