It was extremely clean, and if like me you enjoy tidying there's plenty of things available to keep on top of this. The outdoor area is beautiful and it is in a nice quiet area.
While everything is near perfect the access for an active wheelchair user still required a little effort but it was manageable. I cannot fault it in any other way.
