Very good WiFi 56Mbps with 167ms loaded latency was excellent for working as a digital nomad and VoIP calls to the USA. Elevator to 4th floor, large fridge, newer appliances, microwave, electric kettle, coffee with maker, spices, kitchenware all appreciated. Small mini market next door. Easy parking right out front. Contactless key lockbox easy to get in with very clear communication and instructions.
No sea view at all. Misrepresented listing. "Balcony" is too tiny to be usable by humans. Misrepresented listing. Hot water never became hot - was 100% cold no matter how long you waited. Not very close to beach. Overpriced.
