The management company was responsive to our needs. The unexpected maid service twice a week was a definite plus!
The expected television and streaming service was not available. After several visits by technicians the TV was finally hooked up to the Roku channel which provided only Spanish language "junk" channels. My point is, do not say that streaming and TV cable is included in the description, when, in fact, it is not! It is ok not to offer it, just don't say you are doing so. Also, I would include notice about stairs!
