The property is comfortable and large with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The HVAC system consists of four units total. The hot water is responsive and of high capacity. The shared interior garden is beautiful.

The property and house require the use of four keys which takes some practice getting used to. It would be helpful if the keys and locks were color coded.

So clean! Well thought out space. Modern in a historic area. Hosts made themselves available for questions though were not needed.

Small detail: needs a new cutting board and a pair of scissors. Not important overall.

The place is super excellent. It is very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Totally private. Loved the washer and dryer in the bottom bedroom. The location is spot on and only a few minutes from the city center. Loved that it has a one car garage parking (Small to mid-size only). Would definitely stay here again.

Bottom bedroom: it be nice to have a long mirror in the walk-in closet or the living area, an electric glass carafe kettle for tea or coffee (without having to climb upstairs), and a broom and dust pan. The bistro table set would be better used in the garden in front of the kitchen. A seating set furniture with coffee table for four would be a better use in the bottom bedroom terrace. The upstairs bedroom terrace could use a nice outdoor patio furniture. The main kitchen could use a broom and dust pan. The rooftop terrace is a waste of space. Highly suggest having lounge style sofas with a covered patio for shade, a propane gas fire pit, outdoor lighting for ambiance, an outdoor dinning space and bar area. Suggest a sofa sleeper be added to the main living room area. Not able to watch free live TV in the bottom bedroom.
