The apartment looked exactly as advertised. Fantastic location, two minutes from the beach. Lovely and clean and had everything you needed.
Checking in was dreadful. I was supposed to get the apartment code before I arrived. This did not happen. Check in was between 4 and 7pm. They were aware I was arriving at 4pm. At that point no code was received. My messages were ignored and I had to ring to speak to someone. I was told that if i'd not heard by 4pm to call back. Poor customer service. I rang again at 4.15 pm and eventually received the front door code but not code for the lockbox. Luckily a lovely cleaning lady called the company and let us into the apartment as I was distressed. The code came just after. Hopefully this does not happen to anyone else!!
