Plenty of space. Excellent location. Good balcony.

Old in style. Washing machine would be very useful. Water flow in bathroom sink exceptionally slow.

Location is good. Terrace is nice too. There’s free street parking so that saves some money. Place feels like going back to grandma’s.

sliding patio doors are like thin paper. No sound proofing which means no way to block out the noise from the ground floor. It gets loud on Fridays and noise continues past midnight. Also there’s no dishwasher and no washing machine.

Proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants, the view (despite the bad weather), the layout of the apartment, plenty of space, comfortable beds, great shower (once you figured out the trick to turn it on), well equipped, clean & safe. They also had basics like salt, pepper & oil for frying. I can only recommend it.

Only a minor issue but the coffe machine didn't pierce the pods... and there were only 2 cups (for tea)

Situation idéale en front de mer, face à une plage magnifique. Proche des commerces et toutes activités de la ville.

Appartement très mal isolé phonétiquement et thermiquement. Les menuiseries des chambres et salon laissent passer le froid et pour le bruit on a l'impression d'avoir les fenêtres ouvertes. Pas de chance, la rue est très animée avec animations musicales et Karaoké au pied de l'immeuble tous les soirs. Pour des jeunes couchent tard l'appartement est idéal. Pour des familles avec enfants ou personnes âgées il est bien trop bruyant le soir. On parvient à s'endormir quand tout s'arrête vers 02h00 ou 03h00 du matin (avril). Il n'y a pas de climatisation et la chaleur monte vite dans l'appartement. En avril c'est ok mais en juillet/août, la chaleur doit être intenable. Avec quelques travaux d'isolations + climatisation cet appartement serait au top !!!
