Lobster Cove Friendship House

Great location right in Jonesport. Easy access to great kayaking spots. The house was well equipped and the two decks were very ncie to sit on and enjoy the view. 3 bathrooms were great to have.

The listing calls this a 3 bedroom but it is only a 2 bedroom plus a sitting room which has a futon. If you are using the futon as a bedroom, you have to get used to the person using the other upstairs bedroom walking past you to get to their bedroom. Not a problem if you were with family but as I was with two other people that I had just met, it was not ideal. The listing is should be clearer about this. Second, the basement bedroom with the 2 twin beds has mold growing on the wall and there is a strong smell of mold and mildew. This is not simply an inconvenience or discomfort, it's a health hazard.
