It really needs renovation. Furniture is about to brake, chairs in the living room area, the mattresses are really in a bad shape. In the bathroom there is nowhere to hang a towel and the air condition units needs either service or maybe replacement and cleaning. Cleaning is the next major issue. Everything needs more serious cleaning. Floors, showers, kitchenette and even the washing machine while there is a machine there is no detergent. If I have to buy then I could always send them to cleaning service.
