Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Urban Stay Grbavica. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist ruhig und gleichzeitig ideal, um Sarajevo zu erkunden. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt der Gastgeberin Ilda. Sie war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Kommunikation verlief von Anfang bis Ende schnell und unkompliziert, und sie hat sich wirklich darum bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.
Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, noch etwas mehr Ablagefläche oder zusätzliche Kleiderbügel bereitzustellen. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt jedoch kaum beeinträchtigt.
