The place has everything you need. You can see somebody uses the apartment for real life during long periods, so, it's not the typical place with basic/minimum staff (i.e. a cheap bed and 2 glasses) that is just there for speculating and making money.
To say something, it's a bit distant from the center but we knew it and downtown is easily reachable by bus or just walking for around 30min, so it wasn't a problem for us. Plus it was easier to park there, which is also why we went for this apartment.
