The size, comfort & modern feel to the apartment. Great views & location as it was a nice walk to the beach & into town.

On arrival we telephoned the office to let them know we had arrived. This was within office hours so we expected to be met at the apartment, as this is what it said in the booking confirmation. We were told to come and collect the keys from the office, which would have been a good 40 minute walk, with cases & three children in 30 degree heat. The office reluctantly sent someone to meet us, and then said that they hadn’t received the €100 refundable deposit, and that this was required before giving us the keys. I had sent this before leaving home but for some reason they had not received it! I was asked by the office for my credit card details so that they could process the deposit there & then. A few days later I saw that €500 euros had been taken not the €100 as agreed. This was swiftly returned to my account, but we had wasted so much time & it caused us frustration on what was our holiday! On entering the apartment we realised there was no WiFi for a few days & no proper air-con in the bedrooms for two nights! A portable unit was in one of the rooms but with the patio door open it was so hot upstairs & the noise from the machine made it impossible to sleep with it on. We felt that there was little urgency to rectify the problems or apology for the services not available to us. The problems were eventually rectified but at an inconvenience to us, we even had to return back to the apartment to let the internet guy in to do his work! We were given a refund for one night stay for the inconvenience & services that we had not received, which we agreed to, this was received two weeks after arriving home! Despite the issues we had a lovely holiday. In my opinion the pool was too small for the amount of apartments it served. For a 6 nights stay I would have liked the apartment to have been given a mid stay clean, change of sheets & towels.
