Our outdoor furniture is cleaned thoroughly and regularly, ensuring a clean and comfortable experience for our guests. However, due to normal wear and exposure to the elements, some minor stains and marks may be present on the outdoor furniture. Please understand that these are natural and unavoidable signs of use, but rest assured, we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and care throughout the entire property.
Our property sits near the Quinnipiac River Marina, which features a very good public restaurant, and is about 7 minutes from downtown New Haven. Nearby attractions include:

- Peabody Museum of Natural History
- East Rock Park
- Numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options
Pets are allowed depending on size; please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. You are responsible for any damages caused by pets.

The jacuzzi/hot tub receives regular weekly maintenance and is checked as part of our property care routine. However, because it is used by guests, there may be rare situations where previous guests leave it in a condition that requires additional treatment, cleaning, or chemical balancing before it can be safely used. In these cases, the jacuzzi may be temporarily unavailable during part or all of the stay. While we will always do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, refunds will not be provided for temporary jacuzzi/hot tub unavailability due to maintenance, safety, water quality, or prior guest use.
