Oualidia is a typical seaside resort located on the Atlantic coast of Morocco, between Casablanca and Essaouïra. It is accessible in 1h4( by motorway from Casablanca airport and 2h45 from Marrakech (connection for an airport shuttle possible).
Villa NoYa is located in the heart of Oualidia, about 1 km from the first beach and 2 km from the lagoon. Protected by its lagoon, it makes it a privileged place for swimming and lazing on the beach.
Many water activities are available: surfing, kite-surfing, canoe/boat rides
Hikes in the dunes, on foot, by bike, on horseback or by quad, are also offered.
This fishing village is famous for its locally produced oysters and its wide variety of seafood, fish and shellfish (lobster, crab, shrimp, sea bream, sea bass...).

Guests will appreciate the large living/dining room facing the garden and the pool, as well as the outdoor area, ideal for having breakfast or enjoying a moment of relaxation. The living room has a fireplace, around which travelers can warm up, after a long and pleasant winter walk along the ocean.
The villa has 5 bedrooms. Two of them have direct access to the swimming pool and the main garden. The other three have their own terraces overlooking the rear garden.

Guests can also enjoy the villa's heated swimming pool (10 x 4 meters) throughout the year.
