Stay one house off famous St. Charles Ave in this 3-floor townhouse with a pool! This space is brand new construction finished in March of 2026 and features a king bed in every bedroom, a game room, and a private pool only a few feet from the famed St. Charles Ave Streetcar.
The Space:
Welcome to your very own City oasis! This three-story townhouse is fully yours to enjoy. Utilize the one-car garage and enter the main floor that features soaring ceilings, a hand-painted mural of a Louisiana cypress tree custom-created by a New Orleans artist. The spacious living room gives ample space to relax and enjoy- maybe even watch a movie or the big game on the 75" smart TV. A half bath is available on the first floor for everyone's convenience. Eat as a group, or play board games at the large dining table that can fit 10! Let the chef in the group run wild in the well-appointed full kitchen that features an upgraded gas range, large fridge, sink, and dishwasher.
Last but not least on the ground floor is the backyard. Enjoy your private pool and outdoor dining area. Sit back and relax outside or in the pool. The pool is about 14 ft x 9 feet and includes a tanning step to soak the day away in, and relax to the sound of the waterfall element. Scared of deep water? The pool is a relaxation paradise with the water getting to be about 4ft deep.
