About this apartment rental
The vacation rental accommodates up to 4 people and, with about 50 m² of space, offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the North Sea. It is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
The covered balcony extends the living space outdoors and invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air, whether at breakfast or in the evening in a peaceful atmosphere. Inside, you’ll find a clearly laid-out, cozy living area with an integrated dining area, a sofa corner that converts into a bed, and a kitchenette. A TV provides entertainment. The separate bedroom (with a TV) offers a pleasant retreat for restful nights. The bedroom features a double bed with a single, continuous mattress that provides a comfortable sleeping surface. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer—both functional and comfortable.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need. In addition to a stove and oven, you’ll also find a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Dishes and kitchen utensils are, of course, provided.
Upon request, the apartment can be combined with the neighboring apartment 2.4 via a connecting door. Once an additional key is provided, both units can be used together.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge, and washing machines and dryers can be shared in the building. Ideal for longer stays.
A particularly practical feature: There is also a separate shower on the first floor of the building. Here, after a trip to the beach, you can conveniently rinse sand, salt, and mud off your feet, your pet’s paws, or even your beach gear before heading back to the apartment.
You can securely store your bicycles in a bike storage room (equipped with outlets for charging e-bikes), and you have the option to book a private parking space right next to the house for your car.
