This modern, 48 m² vacation rental is located in a quiet, nature-rich area of Cuxhaven. The beautiful sandy beach and the boardwalk are just a few minutes’ walk away and only about 400 meters from the apartment. Right next door is the expansive Wernerwald forest, which offers ideal conditions for walks, jogs, or leisurely bike rides.
The new vacation apartment on the first floor is equipped with Wi-Fi and two TVs and can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed as well as a living area with an additional sleeper sofa. The bedroom features a double bed with a single, continuous mattress that provides a comfortable sleeping surface. The open-concept living and dining area creates a bright, welcoming atmosphere and invites you to linger.
The bathroom is modern and features a walk-in shower, and the fully equipped kitchenette includes, among other things, a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and various kitchen utensils.
On the furnished balcony, you can wonderfully enjoy the fresh North Sea air—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or out in nature.
If needed, this apartment can be connected to the neighboring Apartment 1.5 via a lockable connecting door. Upon receiving an additional key, this creates a spacious living arrangement with extra room for guests traveling together.
The building features shared washing machines, dryers, a bike storage room (with electrical outlets), and a shower for rinsing off sand, mud, and dogs. A parking space directly next to the building can be booked as needed, and electric vehicle charging stations are also available.
