House with river access, sauna and children's equipment.
In the heart of a village of character, at the foot of a castle, 16 minutes from the Zoo de la Flèche, 35 minutes from the 24-hour circuit and Angers.
The house benefits from a protected enclosed garden with access to the Loir, for fishing or stand-up paddle enthusiasts.
On the first floor, a vaulted cellar houses a wellness area with a sauna (infrared), complemented by an outdoor shower for a complete revitalizing experience.

The house has a street-side courtyard where travelers can store bicycles or motorcycles safely.
The first floor has the kitchen, toilet, dining area, a living room with large connected TV, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a shower room and a washing machine and a space for changing babies (baby equipment on request).
The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, rice cooker, etc.
The living room opens onto a terrace on stilts, with outdoor dining area and gas barbecue.
Upstairs, three bedrooms and a bathroom with corner bath.
