About this apartment rental
This spacious and stylish 110-square-meter attic apartment on the 2nd floor, featuring four separate bedrooms (perfect for privacy), can accommodate at least 8 guests. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, families, and groups of friends. Prime location for all kinds of excursions.
The Accommodation
Welcome to our spacious and cozy accommodation—a place to arrive, feel at home, and enjoy time together., Whether with family, friends, or a larger group: Here you’ll find plenty of space to spend a relaxing stay.
The separate kitchen with a large dining area is perfect for shared meals, long conversations, and cozy evenings. It’s fully equipped, so you’ll find everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals. Of course, all the essentials are provided for you.
In the living room, you can get comfortable on the large, cozy U-shaped couch or use the additional seating area to relax together. We’ve also thought of our younger guests: There’s a separate play area for children where they can play undisturbed.
For your arrival, at least one parking space is available right next to the house (behind the building). If you’re bringing bicycles, you can park them safely under the small carport right next to the house.
To help you feel right at home, the accommodation also offers:
- Two bedrooms with comfortable king-size box-spring beds (180 × 200 cm) for a restful night’s sleep—with a small workspace
- Two cozy single beds (100 × 200 cm)
- A bunk bed (90 × 200 cm), suitable for a maximum weight of 100 kg per sleeping spot
- A crib with a mattress and bedding for our youngest guests
- A modern bathroom with a spacious shower and a washer-dryer combo—ideal for longer stays
- A fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a high chair for children

o Bernkastel-Kues (approx. 25 min.)
o Cochem (approx. 50 min.)
o Koblenz (approx. 60 min.)
