As you cross the threshold, you`ll encounter refreshed flooring spanning the entire space, a contemporary kitchen graced with stainless steel appliances, and a seamless transition from the tranquil patio to the Open concept dining area.
Upon stepping into the property, you`ll immediately sense the meticulous consideration given to your comfort and overall experience.
The tranquil patio is the ideal retreat following a day of hiking or shopping. Recharge and unwind beside the inviting fire pit. Transitioning into the dining room, the seamless open floor plan connecting the kitchen and living room becomes immediately apparent. The well-designed space invites you and your guests to indulge in board games at the dining table or enjoy dining at the breakfast bar.
Venturing upstairs, a haven of bedrooms awaits, promising a peaceful night`s sleep. The master suite boasts not only a generously sized walk-in shower but also a spacious closet, ensuring both luxury and functionality.

This property is centrally located in scottsdale and super close to the most popular park in scottsdale Chaparral park! Huge walking paths, dog park, playgrounds and more!
Uber, Lyft, Waymo and Turo are all available in this area. There is 2 covered parking spots available at the condo.

Fire pit is run by propane and needs to be turned off after every use.
Both the City of Scottsdale and the HOA Community are very sensitive to disruptions from vacation homes- PLEASE do not make our rental an issue!
All guests wanting to book need to be 21+ unless otherwise approved by the host.
House Rules:
Please no additional guests other than the ones staying. There can be exceptions made but please contact me to arrange. Violating this will be a $200 dollar charge per person per day.
**Please Note: Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour.
Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking
No Animals*** Should you bring an animal after violating the house rules you will be asked to leave the premises.
No smoking/vaping or drug use! This is a zero tolerance policy. Should you violate this there will be a $500 dollar fine and for every piece of evidence of smoking/drug use I will charge $25 dollars additionally (ashtrays, cigarette butts, Illegal substances)
NO PARTIES/events... No exceptions. Should you have a party you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund.
If there are any noise complaints or the police are called you could be asked to leave with no refund.
Late checkout`s can be arranged (when available) but will be an additional $100 dollar fee and they must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Emergencies happen just let me know as soon as possible :) $150 charge to guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew WILL enter home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that days base rate (without discounts, this does not grant you access to the property for the day.) If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given. (Note: any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the days rate for however many days it took to restore the property)
No crypto mining on premises, should it be found that this is happening you will be asked to leave and no refund issued.
