A small, cozy terrace with direct access to the garden is the perfect spot to relax. The entryway is accessible via two steps; otherwise, the apartment is designed to be barrier-free. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, as well as plenty of dishes. A practical seating area with a table and two chairs is also provided. In the spacious, light-filled living room, you’ll find a modern corner sofa set with a table and chairs, as well as a comfortable couch—ideal for relaxing or focusing on work. A large flat-screen TV provides additional entertainment. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.20 m) and a spacious closet. In addition to the rental price, the town of Essing charges a visitor’s tax of 2.00 EUR per person per night. This must be paid in cash on site. Pets are not allowed. The deposit is 100% of the nightly rate. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is available between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Tourism tax: 100% deposit due 30 days before the start of the stay. For last-minute bookings, the amount must be transferred directly. Refunds in case of cancellation are subject to the specified guidelines.
