A warm, well-styled one-bedroom apartment in Fernhill - a quiet residential pocket of Queenstown that puts you close to everything without the noise of town. The space has been thoughtfully set up for two: a proper kitchen, a comfortable lounge to settle into after a day out. On-site parking, a bus stop within walking distance, the Nest Kitchen & Bar next door, a corner store and local eateries, biking and walking tracks - all within minutes.

The open-plan living and dining area is well-proportioned for two - a sectional sofa, TV with soundbar, and a four-seat dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and a stone benchtop island. Warm tones, travel books, and considered styling throughout - it feels like somewhere to stay, not just somewhere to sleep.
The bedroom has a queen bed, warm floor lamps on both sides, and a direct door through to the ensuite. Tiled floor to ceiling in warm stone, backlit round mirror, floating vanity, and a glass shower stocked with products. There`s also washer/dryer.
Self check-in - full instructions and parking details sent 24 hours before arrival. Please keep the key in the lockbox during your stay and on check-out. For any queries please contact our team directly.
One free car park are included with the apartment - directly at the front of the entrance (Please park in angle) . For those arriving without a car, bus route 1 runs directly from Queenstown Airport to the front of the complex, making it very accessible even without a car.

We`d love you to feel at home while also helping us care for the space.
As per council requirements, please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 7:00am out of respect for neighbouring residents.
No parties or unregistered overnight guests.
No smoking or vaping inside.
Please lock doors and turn off all appliances when you leave the property. Leave the key in the lockbox.
If something gets damaged, just let us know so we can sort it quickly.
