Location was in a quiet part of the city. The property provided spectacular views across Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkables and Cecil Peak.
There was a bus stop at the end of the street that we used several times for trips into the business district rather than driving - no parking issues.
The property was well appointed with a laundry (we had spent over a week travelling the South Island} and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.
Traffic into and from the town was hit and miss and parking was difficult. To overcome this we caught the bus.
The rear clothesline was partly obstructed by bushes - nothing a few minutes pruning wouldn't fix.
Having to leave after a few days was hard.
