About this apartment rental
The Eifel is always worth a visit! Our vacation rental is located on the outskirts of Jünkerath in a quiet, sunny spot. Jünkerath is situated in the Upper Kyll Valley at an elevation of 420 meters above sea level in the Vulkaneifel and is part of the Gerolstein municipal association. The vacation rental is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Here you’ll find everything from A (for “apotheke,” or pharmacy) to Z (for “zahnarzt,” or dentist), including a shopping center, branches of major discount stores, a bakery with a café, a gas station, and a doctor’s office—all within walking distance.
About 500 meters from the front door, you’ll find many hiking trails through unspoiled nature, as well as the Kyll Valley Bike Trail, which connects to the Ahr Valley Bike Trail. An indoor pool, sauna, and solarium are located about 200 meters from the vacation rental. The forest reservoir for fishing is about 800 meters away.
Active vacations, sports and fitness, Nordic walking, a gym, a tennis court, and a large children’s playground (right on the Kyll)— you’ll find all of this in Jünkerath.

The vacation apartment is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2.00 m x 2.00 m) and a large wardrobe.
The children’s room has a queen-size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. There is also a wardrobe in the room.
The living-dining area features a built-in kitchen with a table and 4 chairs, as well as a 3/2/1 sofa set with a table and TV, and a sideboard.
The patio is furnished with a table, 4 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs.
On-site fees: Pets are not allowed. Underfloor heating throughout the entire vacation rental, with a heat pump. Electricity costs are billed at the end of the stay based on usage. (€0.50/kWh) To promote regional tourism, overnight guests staying at lodging facilities in the Gerolstein Municipal Association have been required to pay a guest tax of €0.75 per person per night since 01.01.2024.
