You’re a short walk from:

Hove Station (approx. 5 minutes) — direct trains to London and Gatwick
The seafront (approx. 10 minutes) — ideal for walks along the promenade
Local cafés, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets — all within a few minutes on foot

Central Brighton, including The Lanes and North Laine, is around a 30-40 minute walk or a short bus ride, so you can easily dip into the busier parts of the city and then come back to somewhere a bit calmer.

We're also close to the South Downs (a 30-40 minute walk) if you want to head off for a walk or an off-road cycle ride.
