This beautifully renovated property is conveniently located within minutes from both Lake Winnisquam and Steele Hill Resort. Our home features a gourmet kitchen, heating, washer/dryer, and a full set of reclining Sofa in the family room with large screen smart TV. The house is surrounded by a 3.5-acre private forest with a spacious backyard, all available for your enjoyment. We cherish this quiet place away from the city and can't wait to share its peacefulness and beauty with you.

The sleep arrangements include:
- master bedroom has a king bed (2)
- guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed (2)
- guest bedroom 2 has two twin beds (2)
- guest bedroom 3 on lower level has a queen bed (2)
- Plenty of room in the family room, master bedrooms for another air mattress or 2 if need be (2).
Amenities:
- Fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals
- Two dining areas with seating for 6 and 4 provides ample dining options
- Spacious family room with a fireplace and a full set of recliner sofas for cozy evenings
- High-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV for entertainment
- Board games for entertaining game nights

- The front door is equipped with a smart lock, offering increased security and the convenience of self-check-in.
- Guests have full access to the main house, including 2 living rooms, dining room, and 4 bedrooms.
- Please note that the garage and attic space are locked and not accessible to guests.

- We have exterior security cameras at the following locations
1) front door
2) garage facing main driveway
3) left side of the property facing side driveway
4) back porch near the kitchen patio door
5) back porch near the family room patio door
The cameras will be on for security purpose during your stay.
- The stairs on the back porch currently lack backboards, so please be cautious when using them. We intend to have this fixed in the spring for your safety and convenience.

Large family home comfortable for all including dogs with the big yard which was great. We had especially hot weather (80s-90s) and the window ac units couldn’t quite contend with the heavy heat. Unfortunately the wifi was down so we couldn’t do our family movie nights or get some work done in between activities, which posed a bit of a challenge as our cell service (AT&T) really didn’t work so well there. The host was communicative and tried to solve the WiFi issue but it was out of his hands at the time. Nice private location and proximity to the lakes. All of the exterior cameras were a bit off putting… I hadn’t read that in the description so it just made us a little uncomfortable but we understand the need for them. Overall not bad, just a few tweaks like better blinds to block light/heat would be helpful and maybe a few more small fans. Thank you to the hosts we appreciate the time we had.
