About this cottage rental
This quiet, cozy Tiny Home in Tallahassee (just 12 min from downtown) is the perfect spot to reconnect with nature, enjoy a cozy campfire at night, while surrounded by trees, the breeze and all your needs in a cozy “tiny home” vibe.
We’re located in a quiet neighborhood on the east side of Tallahassee, FL. Only 14 min from FSU, 14 min from FAMU and only 25 min from the famous Wakulla Springs.
Also, we are only a couple hours away from beautiful beaches both in Jacksonville, FL and Panama City Beach/Destin.
You have full access to use of the fire pit, backyard grass area, BBQ grill (please message me before) and there is a nice lake and open field only a 1 minute walk away from the tiny home.
You can get in touch with us through the app for any questions, comments, or concerns you may have. We are open to feedback and want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
One thing to note is the tiny house uses an RV-style tank system. This won’t impact your stay at all, as the toilet, hot water shower and sink are all normal and new, but it does mean guests need to:
• Keep an eye on the water level sensor (instructions in home)
• Press a button when the levels get high. That’s all!
There will be a more detailed and simple explanation in the house once you arrive, and we’re always available via the Vrbo app if you have questions.
Optional Add-On Experiences:
We offer a few optional add-ons to make your stay extra special:
• S’mores & Firepit Kit
• Birthday / Celebration Setup
• Backyard BBQ Night
These experiences are completely optional and can be added before or during your stay. Just send us a message before or after booking if you’d like details or pricing.
