Great solution for the family needing a place in Tallahassee to help our oldest child transition up to FSU Main Campus from FSU Panama City. Had everything needed for us to feel at home during our month-long stay. Communication was easy and effective! As Hurricane Debby approached Florida a few days after our arrival, Mr. Dave Long proactively offered storm preparation guidance, helping to alleviate our growing concerns. We rented this property to attend our Granddaughter's graduation from FSU. It was near enough to FSU and our granddaughter's apartment(20 mins.) to be very convenient for car trips back and forth. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. The condo itself was outfitted with every thing you could possibly want. The kitchen was very easy to use. All the furniture was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well. The outside deck was a big help when we had a luncheon after the graduation. Overall, a very pleasant stay for us. Thank you,David Long!! Lawrence and Barbara White
