• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.
• The property includes a 10x30 boat slip available for guest use. Temporary trailer parking is also available on-site near the tennis courts for added convenience.
• This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Parking is located even with the third floor of the building. Guests will need to walk down a long flight of stairs to reach the main entrance.
• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
• Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us.
