Recently updated, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo is the perfect place to stay for your little family! The Master Suite features a private bath, King Bed, TV with DVD Player and deck access. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a TV with cable with access to the guest bathroom. If you need extra sleeping, there is a Queen air mattress.
Unit also features a full kitchen with small and large appliances and everything you would need to make a meal for your family.
There is an electric grill on the deck.
The Deck has seating for 4 with a nice view of the main channel of the Lake of the Ozarks!

It was a nice place, plenty of room. The pools and spa were close by and a nice place to hang out. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our condo inside was newly remodeled and in nice condition. The balcony was pretty dirty. The outside of the Knolls is showing a lot of wear. The kids loved the indoor pool. Dust are furniture tells me cleaning was not very thorough. The bath tub in 1 bathroom was disgusting.

Overall a below average condo. Not very clean, dishes and silverware needed to be cleaned before using. The patio was very dirty and needed swept. The bathrooms were not very good, some mold and needs more caulk. The beds were not comfortable. The condo really needs updated. Also we bought air freshers to help with the smell. Not enough toilet paper and garbage bags.
Positives the living room and dining room furniture was really nice. Check in process and communications was really easy. Nice fridge. I felt it was overpriced.
The knolls is a really great place.
