    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chembur Homeotel – Gagal Home. The warm reception and thoughtful follow-up throughout the check-in process made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. As a business traveller, I particularly appreciated how attentively the team ensured my comfort without being intrusive. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. It was served warm, well presented and importantly, the team went out of their way to accommodate my requests. A comfortable stay, attentive service, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I would be happy to stay here again.

    Spent two nights at Chembur Homeotel and can say its a chic and clean property located in a good neighbourhood, very close to TISS Mumbai. The room size is decent and the bed and bathroom were clean and good. Rooms were equipped with all basic amenities like AC, kettle, TV, hot water etc. I got an iron and board on request. The breakfast was rather simple, a plate of Poha and tea, but it was sufficient and well made. Staff was friendly and cooperative. All in all, I would recommend this place for short business stays and transit in Mumbai.

    Disappointing experience with the late checkout policy. The room itself was fine, but I was quite disappointed that there was no late checkout facility. I needed to extend my stay by just 3 hours, and instead of offering a reasonable late-checkout option, I was charged an additional ₹2,000. For a short extension of only a few hours, ₹2,000 feels excessive, especially when the room was already occupied by me. A more flexible late-checkout policy, even with a reasonable hourly charge, would have made the experience much better. Overall, the stay was okay, but the lack of flexibility and the additional ₹2,000 charge significantly affected my experience.
