    The hour doesn’t allow anyone beyond 2 person in the room after 8 PM. No matter the reason . Especially there is one manager named *** who is very rude and arrogant. He doesn’t listen properly and have counter arguments . The mattress being soft , I asked to open the sofa cum bed so that I can sleep properly, he didn’t listen to my request, neither he responded about my request . While giving the list of guests for each room, he said he had right for not giving the keys to the room despite the fact I paid the amount at the time of booking.
