    My long stay at this property was unfortunately not a pleasant experience. There were several issues that affected comfort and convenience throughout my visit. The breakfast was quite disappointing. There was very little variety, and the juice selection remained the same every day, which became repetitive over a longer stay. Although a TV was provided in the room, it was not recharged/activated, so it was essentially unusable during my stay. Room amenities were also not consistently maintained. The in-room top-ups were often incomplete, and I had to repeatedly call housekeeping to request missing items. This became frustrating over time. Additionally, the hotel ran out of basic essentials like shower caps for 3–5 days during my stay, which reflects poor inventory management. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for a long stay, and improvements are definitely needed in service consistency and guest convenience.
