The marina and the closest beach are both approximately a 10-minute walk away.
Quietly situated on the 4th floor of a 9-storey building, the property features an open-plan living space that\'s furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, a Smart flatscreen TV and a dining table. This space also incorporates a small kitchen that\'s equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob, a microwave, an oven and a fridge freezer.
The balcony provides an alfresco extension that\'s ideal for outdoor dining or an evening aperitif.

Bedroom 1: The 1st bedroom opens onto the balcony and is furnished with a king-size double bed and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The 2nd bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a large wardrobe.

The property is situated in Vlorë, one of Albania’s oldest and most important coastal cities. Vlorë\'s centre features broad boulevards, palm-lined squares and historic landmarks, including the Independence Monument (a 20-minute walk) and the National Museum of Independence (a 10-minute walk).
Perfectly positioned along the seashore, the property offers a wonderful balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to vibrant coastal life. The marina and the closest beach are both approximately a 10-minute walk away. The Albanian Riviera begins just south of the city with turquoise coves and mountain-backed beaches.
Visitors can take boat trips from the marina to the Karaburun Peninsula and the marine-rich waters around Sazan Island. Nature lovers will also enjoy a trip to the Llogara National Park (a 45-minute drive), where mountain roads and forested slopes open onto spectacular views of the Ionian coast
