Просторная квартира в многоквартирном доме. В пешей доступности хороший супермаркет.квартира находится не далеко от набережной.
Заселение и выселение происходит дистанционно. Соответственно,хозяйка не видит состояние сдаваемой квартиры.уборка проводится наемным персоналом. По всей видимости используются не очень качественные и дешевые моющие средства. С момента входа в квартиру сразу почувствовали этот запах. Он присутствовал все 2 дня,что мы там находились. В предыдущих комментариях гости указывали,что плохо работает слив в душевой кабине. Видимо хозяйка не считает нужным это исправлять.во время нашего пребывания слив не работал и вода не уходила,что вызывало дискомфорт. Также температура воды в душевой и раковине не была стабильной.это говорит о проблеме в нагревателе. Данные апартаменты нами были забронированы исходя из высокой оценки на booking.com. Считаю,что такая высокая оценка не объективна! Мы жили в других апартаментах в Албании. Но оценка этого бронирования не объективна.
