Designed for both relaxing and gathering, the home comfortably sleeps 8 with three bedrooms plus a new sleeper sofa in the living room. It’s an ideal setup for families, golf groups or multi-generational stays.
WHAT YOU’LL LOVE

Located just off the gated front courtyard, the charming casita includes a queen bed, bathroom, TV and desk—perfect for guests who want their own space.
Two outdoor living areas
• Front courtyard: private, gated and inviting with seating and a gas fireplace
• Back patio: covered dining and lounge space with access from the home
Start your mornings with coffee out front and wind down in the backyard after a day exploring Southern Utah.
**Comfortable, updated interiors**
Professionally decorated and recently refreshed, the home features a spacious great room, upgraded kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops, and everything you need to cook and gather with ease.
The primary suite includes a king bed with adjustable mattress, patio access and a large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom offers a bunk setup with a queen on the bottom and full on top, plus a smart TV for streaming.
LOCATION
On the west side of St. George, you’re close to everything without the crowds.

We love the house and especially the back yard. We also enjoyed the separate detached bedroom.

This was our second stay at this property. It is well laid out, quiet and clean. The only disappointment was the new housing development at the back of the property has taken away much of the view. Still love this property the location is close to everything.
