The apartment features a living room with a dining area and a fold-down bed, a bedroom with a seating area and separate toilet, a kitchen, and a modern shower room. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, blender, and ample crockery. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment includes a TV, CD radio, telephone, internet modem, games collection, and a small library. The bathroom has a hairdryer and cosmetic mirror.
