a peaceful environment for a restful night’s sleep. The spacious, naturally lit bathroom has been completely renovated and now features a comfortable, walk-in shower. Modern, practical, and stylish.
The vacation rental is located on the first floor, is a non-smoking unit, offers free Wi-Fi, and is equipped with roller shutters on all windows. A built-in safe in the storage closet is available for your valuables. For longer stays or as needed, the washing machine in the basement can be used for a small fee. To keep your clothes looking their best even while on vacation, an iron and ironing board are provided. Another highlight is the private terrace that belongs directly to the apartment. In the garden, a large seating area and a barbecue area also invite you to enjoy warm days in a relaxed atmosphere.
Especially convenient for cyclists: A covered bike storage area is available for the safe storage of your bicycles.

The remaining balance is due on-site in cash.Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of €3.50 per person per night will be charged separately on site.Discounts are available for stays of 4 weeks or longer.
