Very good

Location - perfect, 10 mins from the spa and the town centre. Views of a park at the front, river view at the rear. Wifi very good. Nice balcony. Comfortable double bed with good pillows. Digital radio we used a lot. Apartment felt very light with plenty of space. Lift up to the 3rd floor - useful with cases etc. Felt very secure with good locks and a communal entrance. Very quiet with only the sound of the river and the birdlife. They even have a chess set.

We felt the apartment was too cluttered for us and felt a bit like they moved stuff there that they no longer needed in their main house. Ornaments and knick-knaks all over the place and sometimes your own stuff gets lost amongst it! Too many chairs and that massive overpowering light! The bathroom needs a bit of refurbishment and definitely a shower screen.

Perfect Christmas stay!

The location was/is perfect, quiet and still close enough for a leisurely, short walk to the city center - with the farmers market, shops and restaurants. The view is just stunning -you can even hear the soothing sound of the river Nahe- extremely clean and comfortable - my very own, cute, complete furnished appartment, every gadget in the kitchen for cooking a meal or even baking a cake! I'll be back every time while visiting Family & Friends or enjoying the famous Spa facilities!! Since I stayed over Christmas - I even received a personal Card and the Holiday decorations!! It was wonderful!

Amazing Views - did not dissapoint

Loved the location and the view was amazing. The apartment kitchen was stocked... Apartment was tastefully decorated.

The Bed was very uncomfortable for 2 ppl...Mattress way to thin and Bed was only a full size. Tough for a Man who is 6ft 4inches... I noticed in their guest book the majority of the complaints were about the Bed. Which the owner promised to address 4 months before our stay. Obviously did not happen. Also 1 set of towels for each guest is not enough for 8 days. We did not receive another set until the day before we left needless to say that was to late and we did not use them. Couch could have been more comfortable... There are too many knick knacks had to move them to put our personal items. Chairs also hard.

- Super nice location next to the river with 10 mins walk to the city center and beautiful nature right around the corner - big and well-equipped apartment with a beautiful view, free parking, nice bathroom with bathtub, big balcony and a very well-equipped kitchen (with spices, oven, stove, etc.) - easy communication with the host; contactless check-in

- the bed was not really comfortable for two people (the middle is sagging)

Die Lage war top, direkt an der Nahe. Die Einrichtung war gemütlich. Es hätte an der einen oder anderen Stelle sauberer sein können.

Es war unser 3. Aufenthalt in dieser FeWo, aber mit Sicherheit, der Letzte.

Lage super, Ausstattung ordentlich,

Boden nur oberflächlich sauber. Badausstattung in die Jahre gekommen, duschen in der Badewanne beschwerlich, Bettwäsche im Bett nicht frisch, Spuren der Aktivitäten des Vorbewohners auf dem Bettlaken. Der Zusage des kontaktierten Vermieters, den Ärger durch eine Preiserstattung zu kompensieren, wurde bis heute (4 Wochen später) nicht nachgekommen. Sehr schade!

Traumwagen, aber leider unzureichend geputzt und unzuverlässiger Vermieter

Lage

Die Wohnung war schlecht geputzt,es waren noch Haare ,Staub ,Schmutz und Krümmel auf dem Boden.Wir haben erst gesaugt und gewischt um uns Wohl zu fühlen .Trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung war der Vermieter nicht in der Lage die Gästekarten zu bringen.

Die Ausstattung auf den ersten Blick super

Sehr ungepflegt und nicht sauber. Rollladen und Fenster defekt. Im Bad in der Nähe der "Dusche" ist eine lose Steckdose. Unterm Waschbecken ein Eimer, da wird das Abwasser aufgegangen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war in einem Briefkasten, wovon wir nichts wussten. Ein Bewohner vom Haus kam zufällig vorbei und hat uns geholfen. Der Vermieter war im Vorfeld nicht zu erreichen. Die Raumpflege war wahrscheinlich der Vormieter und keine Reinigungskraft. Flecken an der Wand im Bad, wo man sich nicht ausmalen möchte,was das ist! Staub überall und viele Haare auf dem Boden in allen Räumen.

Leider kein schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr gute Lage, schöner Blick vom Balkon, kostenloser Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, ruhig

Die Ferienwohnung war so dreckig, dass wir uns beim Betreten gefragt haben, ob sie überhaupt schon gereinigt worden ist. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist undicht, wir mussten einen Eimer darunter stellen. Das Badezimmer ist (freundlich ausgedrückt) rustikal. Ein Fenster neben dem Bett schließt gar nicht mehr und der Rolladen hier war auch noch defekt, was bei Regen und Wind sehr unangenehm war. Fazit: dringend Grundreinigung und Instandsetzung nötig, dann wäre es, auch aufgrund der tollen Lage, eine schöne Ferienwohnung. So haben wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt und sind 2 Tage eher abgereist.
