Perfect for family reunions, group getaways, or corporate retreats, this home comfortably accommodates up to 25 guests. Relax in the year-round hot tub, lounge by the seasonal pool, or gather in the spacious game room. With a chef’s kitchen, multiple gathering areas, and quiet corners, this estate is designed to help you connect, celebrate, and unwind.

Main Level – Chef’s kitchen, large dining area, cozy living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and direct access to the oversized deck.
Second Level – Private master suite with a full bath, plus three additional bedrooms and two more full bathrooms.
Mid-Level – Versatile bedroom with a dedicated workspace — ideal for remote work or quiet reading.
Lower Level – Three bedrooms, a full bathroom, two sofa beds, and a game room with walkout access to the pool and yard.
Guest access
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including:
Seasonal private pool and year-round hot tub
Spacious game room with pool table and board games
Expansive yard, outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, and seating
Multiple indoor living areas for relaxing or entertaining
Smart lock self-check-in for a seamless arrival

Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $300 pet fee.
The pool is open seasonally typically from mid May till beginning Sept depending on the weather.
