The neighborhood was quiet, picturesque, and the location of the rental was very nice. With a toddler, it was convenient to have it all on ground level. The house was clean, spacious and modern. We mainly drove into Bethany Beach or Fenwick State Park and both were easy drives. There was one night when the upstairs neighbors were noisy, but other than that we didn’t notice them. Be sure to take your own iron/steamer and hair dryer if needed. We would definitely stay in Bear Trap Dunes again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, and the complex is lovely and well-maintained. The condo itself was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Its location is fantastic—just a short drive to both the beach and downtown Bethany Beach.
The only downside was some noise from the unit above when guests were over, which was a bit loud at times. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!
