A shower room serves the accommodation. Outside, there is a patio and large lawn area, along with off road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You will find a shop and pub within 3.1 miles, and please note that the garden is not enclosed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ivy Barn provides a peaceful base surrounded by countryside. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 250 GBP
