A gas grill invites backyard barbecues, while the lush lawn area stands out as the home's crowning jewel. The sparkling in-ground pool, which can be heated during the season, is complemented by a sprawling patio ideal for entertaining. Enjoy multiple seating areas, an outdoor dining table, a built-in spa (not a hot tub), and a firepit. For added fun, cornhole is available for everyone to enjoy. Nearby attractions include Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, Little Island Park and Fishing Pier, the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Museum, and Ocean Breeze Water Park. Bring your fishing gear for a relaxing day at the dock or explore the waters at your leisure with your own kayak, canoe, or SUP. Don’t forget the provided beach gear, including eight beach towels and chairs, a beach wagon, and a beach cart for your sandy adventures. Our stay was personal and emotional, surrounded by so many great book choices around the house and days spent reading and enjoying time with family. We loved the wine and sunsets with a cheese board, and there were so many amazing restaurants to choose from, especially for seafood lovers. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was spotless. The only issue we had was some difficulty communicating with Vacasa; it took almost a full day to get propane. Overall though, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience.

This home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The view from the decks and pool area is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.
